Due to the nature of vehicle exports, refunds are generally not provided once the order is confirmed and the vehicle is shipped. Exceptions may be made in cases of significant misrepresentation or failure to deliver.

Return Policy

Returns of vehicles are not accepted after shipment. Please ensure you review all vehicle details before purchase.

Shipping Policy

  • We handle all export documentation and shipping arrangements.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer upon shipment.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
